Pablo González-Trejo reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service, artwork listing, pricing, or policy at any time without prior notice. This includes—but is not limited to—price changes, shipping and handling updates, and availability of artworks. The Artist shall not be held liable to you or any third party for such modifications or discontinuations.

This website may integrate third-party tools and services (e.g., PayPal, shipping providers). Use of such tools is subject to the respective third-party’s terms and privacy policies. The Artist is not responsible for the performance, reliability, or terms of any third-party service.
8. Comments, Reviews, and User Content
Users may post comments on blog articles provided the content is respectful, non-abusive, non-defamatory, non-political, and free of spam, malware, or promotional content. The Artist reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove any content deemed inappropriate or harmful.
By posting content, you grant Pablo González-Trejo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, and publish that content across digital platforms affiliated with the Artist.
9. Purchasing Policy
Upon completing a purchase through the website, you will receive confirmation via PayPal. The Artist will package and dispatch the artwork within seven (7) business days, unless otherwise stated. Delays due to public holidays, illness, weather, or force majeure may occur. In such cases, the Artist will communicate the delay via email.
Shipping rates and handling information are outlined on the [Shipping & Handling page]. International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
10. Payments
All payments are securely processed via PayPal, a third-party payment provider. You agree to pay the full amount indicated at checkout, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. Use of PayPal is subject to its own terms and conditions.
11. Return & Refund Policy

- Accidental purchases
Once an item has been shipped, it is non-refundable and non-returnable.
In the rare event that an artwork arrives damaged in transit, you must notify the Artist within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photographic evidence of the damage to the packaging and artwork
The Artist will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider, but cannot guarantee compensation.
12. Customer Complaints
If you encounter an issue with your order or have concerns, please contact the Artist at contact@pablogt.com within seven (7) calendar days of receiving your shipment. The Artist will make reasonable efforts to respond and assist you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pablo González-Trejo from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the website, breach of these Terms, or violation of any applicable laws.
